Check in/check out
Your holiday flat in Völlan near Lana, Meran is ready from 2.00 pm onwards. On the day of your departure, please vacate the flat no later than 10.00 am. If you’d like to check out late, kindly let us know.

The nearest pharmacy is in Tribusplatz square, Niederlana: just 10 minutes from here by car.
Train/bus
The nearest bus stop is on the Gampenstraße road, and the Lana/Burgstall railway station is just 6 km from here.
Ironing and laundry service
We’ll be happy to take care of your laundry (washing/ironing – extra charge).
Television/SAT-TV
Each suite is fitted with an LCD TV.
Dogs/pets
Unfortunately, no dogs or other pets are allowed.
Internet
All rooms have Wi-Fi.
Children
Children aged 0-3 years receive a 90% discount.
Minimum stay
A minimum stay of two nights is required.

A local tourist tax to the value of € x,xx is added (per person/night, 14 years & over).

Each suite comes with a free parking space, as well as parking for bicycles.

Cancellations
Something unexpected can always come up, leading to a booking cancellation. It would be a shame if one of our flats were to stay empty, as it deprives someone else from spending their holiday with us. Please inform us of your cancellation in good time!
Although the Consumer Protection Code affords no right of withdrawal from a booking contract to the client, we nevertheless offer favourable cancellation conditions:
- - Article 1382 ZGB of the Consumer Protection Code states that, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, a client may cancel his/her reservation 60 days and more prior to his/her arrival date, without having to pay a cancellation fee. The deposit will, however, be forfeited.
- Cancellations made between 8 – 4 weeks prior to arrival will be charged for the equivalent of a 3-day stay. The deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellations made less than the 4-week period prior to arrival, will attract 70% of the full booking price.
